Since 2000, the Every Child Counts Community Grants Initiative (CGI) has made grant awards to non-profit and public agencies to support families and promote the health and well being of young children in Alameda County.

- Partnership Awards create learning communities of professionals to support one another in using best practices and
- Targeted awards are for priorities identified through the Every Child Counts strategic planning process
